Program A6.2: Cosine Surface

As the author says, this is exactly Program 7.6: Hidden Lines with a different function, different bounds, and a different viewpoint. This version's viewpoint is set to approximate the viewpoint from the book on a 500 x 300 canvas.

There are some artifacts are visible in the bottom right due to clipping. I remember these existing in the actual program, but I don't see them on the cover of my copy.

Finally, the author says:

[T]he program requires approximately forty minutes to complete.

It's nearly instant on today's computers.
